It's never a tough day in the office when the Trials Manager asks the team to take part in a blind taste test. This week we sampled several new strawberry selections currently working their way through our on farm trials, comparing flavour, texture, and sweetness before any variety earns a place on our recommended list.
It's one of the more enjoyable parts of the job, and a reminder that behind every variety we offer, there's months of careful testing to back it up.
